You’ll learn how to assist with client intake, document management, CRM and pipeline tracking, appointment coordination, compliance-aware administrative support, and day-to-day operational workflows unique to financial services.
The course also builds your understanding of industry terminology, confidentiality standards, and professional communication, so you can confidently support brokers while maintaining accuracy and trust.
Each module consists of five lessons - for a total of 25 lessons. Within each module and at the end of every lesson, there is a Quiz + Task Assignments given to reinforce your learning.
These job aids and work aids are provided to all course participants for use during the course AND after the course is completed
Upon completing the courses and all of the tasks therein, we will prepare and send a FREE personalized Business & Marketing Plan that you can keep and use for preparing your launch into the marketplace
At the end of each module there will be a pre-scheduled weekly live online training for participants to ask questions, interact with other students and ask questions directly to the course instructor(s).
